This offer is an official proposal from Ivan Sergeevich Sarnitskii(taxpayer identification number(TIN): 820100811230)(hereinafter referred to as the Executor), addressed to an indefinite number of individuals(hereinafter referred to as the Buyer), to conclude a contract for the provision of services through the website wizardtriade.com under the following terms.
1. General provisions
1.1. This offer is a public agreement proposed by the Executor to conclude an agreement with the Buyer for the provision of services specified in Section 2.
1.2. Acceptance of this Offer by the Buyer means concluding a contract under the terms described in the Offer and is mandatory for both parties.
1.3. The Executor has the right to change the terms of this Offer, including the price of services, and undertakes the obligation to notify the Buyer of such changes. The changes take effect upon their publication on the Executor's website.
2. Services and their description
2.1. The Executor agrees to provide the Buyer with the entertainment services specified on the website in the appropriate section.
2.2. The composition and description of the services, as well as their cost, may change depending on current circumstances, changes in legislation, or other factors, which will be reflected on the Executor's website.
2.3. When providing services, the Executor may use artificial intelligence technologies.
3. Duties of the parties
3.1. The Buyer agrees to provide accurate, up-to-date, and complete information necessary for the provision of the service. The Executor is not responsible for the consequences caused by providing incorrect or incomplete data.
3.2. In case of circumstances that prevent the performance of obligations(e.g., lack of necessary information or violation of the procedure for providing services), the Executor may suspend the provision of services until such reasons are eliminated.
3.3. The Executor is not responsible for the use of the information provided by the Buyer for the provision of services by third parties. However, the Executor agrees to take reasonable measures to ensure data security.
4. Limitation of liability
4.1. The Buyer acknowledges and agrees that the services provided by the Executor are entertainment services and should not be perceived as professional recommendations, consultations, or instructions for action in any area, including, but not limited to, psychological, legal, or medical issues.
4.2. The Executor is not responsible for the actions of the Buyer taken based on the experience gained during participation in the services. All decisions, actions, or inactions taken by the Buyer under the influence of participating in the services are the Buyer's personal responsibility.
4.3. The Executor is not responsible for any possible consequences, such as, but not limited to, damage to health, property, or personal rights, that may arise as a result of actions or decisions made by the Buyer under the influence of the entertainment services.
5. Terms of payment and refund
5.1. Payment for services is made by the Buyer within the terms specified on the website. In case of refusal of services before they begin, a refund is possible according to the terms specified on the website and subject to any applicable fees.
5.2. A refund will be made if the Buyer has notified about the refusal of services within the established time frame. The refund will be made to the same account or card from which the payment was made.
5.3. The Executor may refuse a refund if the service has been provided in full or the Buyer has refused the service without reasonable grounds.
6. Involvement of third parties
6.1. The Executor has the right to engage third parties to fulfill its obligations under this contract while remaining responsible for the quality of the provided services.
6.2. If third parties are involved, the Buyer will be informed about such parties and their participation in the provision of services.
7. Liability of the parties
7.1. The Executor is responsible for any discrepancy between the service and the description presented on the website, if it violates the Buyer's rights.
7.2. The Executor is not responsible for delays in the fulfillment of obligations caused by force majeure circumstances, including but not limited to, natural disasters, military actions, and other unforeseen events.
7.3. The Buyer is responsible for the timely payment of services and the accuracy of the provided information.
8. Final provisions
8.1. This Offer enters into force upon acceptance by the Buyer and remains in effect until both parties fulfill their obligations.
8.2. The Offer and all obligations arising from it are governed by the current legislation of the country in which the Executor is located.
8.3. In case of disputes and disagreements, the parties agree to resolve them through negotiations. If the dispute cannot be resolved, shall be submitted to the court having jurisdiction at the Executor's place of residence.
