Consent to the processing of personal data

I, the subject of personal data, hereby give my consent(including in electronic form) to Ivan Sergeevich Sarnitskii(Taxpayer Identification Number(TIN): 820100811230), registered at: 688800, Kamchatka Territory, Tilichiki Village, Solnechnaya St., Building 10, Apt. 8(hereinafter — the Operator), for the processing of my personal data for the following purposes:

- Provision of services;

- Fulfillment of contractual obligations;

- Compliance with legal requirements.

List of personal data to be processed:

- Personal data(e.g., surname, first name, date of birth);

- Contact information(e.g., email address);

- Data necessary for providing services.

Consent validity period:

This consent is effective from the moment it is provided and remains in force until it is revoked by the subject of personal data. The consent can be revoked at any time by notifying the Operator.

Cross-border data transfer:

My personal data may be transferred to countries that are not members of the European Union or the Russian Federation, while the Operator commits to ensure the protection of data in accordance with the requirements of Russian Federation legislation.

Rights of the personal data subject:

I am informed of my rights provided by the legislation of the Russian Federation on the protection of personal data, including the right to access my personal data, to correct, delete, or restrict its processing. I have the right to withdraw my consent for data processing at any time.

Processing of data by third parties:
